1. CLIENTS/CELEBRANTS WOULD BE ALLOWED TO INSPECT THE HALL AND FACILITIES BEFORE THE DECORATORS WORKS. 2. EVENTS STARTS AT 12 NOON AND ENDS BY 6PM, EXCEPT WHERE EXPLICITLY INDICATED. 3. EXTRA HOURS FROM 6PM ATTRACTS A FEE OF N10,000 PER HOUR. 4. DECORATORS ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO WORK IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE EVENT DAY EXCEPT WHERE INDICATED. DECORATORS ARE TO FOLLOW THE PRESCRIBED WOOD PATTERN FOR THEIR DECORATIONS. NO NAILS ON THE WALLS PLEASE! 5. COST OF REPAIRS TO DAMAGES DONE BY DECORATORS AND GUESTS ARE TO BE BORNE 100% BY THE CLIENT/CELEBRANT 6. FULL PAYMENTS FOR THE USE OF HALL FACILITIES MUST BE MADE BEFORE ACCESS TO THE HALL FACILITIES CAN BE GRANTED TO THE CLIENT/CELEBRANT 7. PAYMENTS MADE FOR THE USE OF THE HALL FACILITIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 8. CAUTION/DAMAGES DEPOSIT PAYMENT OF N20,000 IS COMPULSORY AND REFUNDABLE AFTER THE EVENT IF NO DAMAGES ARE RECORDED.
