**The minimum price stated is only for events whereby we DON'T supply tables and chairs for the event, i.e the host rents their chairs and tables. For events whereby we fully supply chairs and tables, the maximum price stated is the effective price. **The changing room used for an event is one of our standard rooms, and it is given at an heavily discounted price separate from the agreed event space rental fee. **Only one room comes at a discount, if other rooms are needed, they are charged at the standard room rental price. **Standard hours for an event are between 6:00am and 7:00pm; any hours beyond this will be charged at N10,000/hour.
