Terms and conditions apply The sum of ₦5,000 refundable deposit is applicable for both space and projector rental. Note: This amount will be refunded when they are done with the premises and there are no damages. Same goes for the projector For bookings (Payment): All bookings must be made three weeks before the deal day and 50% payment must be made, while our staff will get back to the client to confirm reservation, a day before the deal day all payment should be made. Cancellation and Change of Date *If cancellation is requested three weeks before the event date, refunds are applicable on the total amount paid less 25% of the total venue cost. *If cancellation is requested two weeks before the event date, refunds are applicable on the total amount paid less 50% of the total venue cost. *If a change of date is requested three weeks before the event date an additional 5% of the venue cost if the new date is later than the first date and 10% if the new date is earlier than the first date is charged. This is subject to the availability of the new date. *If a change of date is requested two weeks before the event date, an additional 7.5% of the venue cost if the new date is later than the first date and 15% if the new date is earlier than the first date is charged. This is subject to the availability of the new date. *If a change of date is requested and the new date is not available money paid will be refunded.
