Description
Terra Kulture Arena is the privately owned performance space in Lagos. The 400 sitter space is equipped with state of the art lighting, sound, stage and audio visual LED screen comparable to what obtains in theatres all over the world. The new arena is decorated with sophisticated artistic facilities to compliment stage performances, while bringing out full potentials of artistes. It contains a performing art studio which is strategically located, gallery and virtually all it takes to have a great theatre home. The stage, with a screen large enough for any standard presentation, is positioned in a way that every member of the audience is carried along. The lightings are bright and apt as well.

Set up &Rehearsal day is a 7 hour day only and attracts a fee of 50% of the cost of the hall. Any additional hours must be requested and paid for in advance at the rate of N50,000 per hour. The Arena Generator will only come on one and half hour before a show. The Light, sound and LED screen will only be operated on generator. For the generator to come on earlier, a diesel charge of N25,000 per hour must be paid for in advance for the number of hours needed. All the equipment in the Arena must only be operated by Terra Kulture technicians. Third parties are not allowed to operate Terra Kulture equipment. Equipment required by clients but not available at the Arena must be hired from Terra Kulture who will source for the equipment from accredited suppliers. Full payment for the invoiced amount must be made before access to the theatre is allowed. There will be no admittance into the theatre for whatever reason without full payment. All food and drinks must be bought from Terra Kulture. External vendors are not allowed. Terra Kulture will provide concession stands for all relevant events. Cancellation/postponement policy: 50% of total amount charged. (One month before event)
