Venue Policies
**To confirm a booking reservation, at least 50% of the total cost estimated for the function must be paid. The total cost must be paid latest two (2) weeks prior to the date of the function: otherwise the venue might be released to other customers. **Cancellation charges are as follows: Less than six (6) weeks to the event date, 50% of the total agreed rental cost is charged; Above six (6) weeks before the event date, 25% of the total agreed rental cost is charged. **Normal usage will be from 7:00am to 6:00pm of the same day. Extra one (1) hour grace to round up will be granted. Any function beyond the agreed stipulated time schedule will attract surcharge of N500 per every minute in default. **Patrons are to ensure vendors and guests alike do not damage the walls or facilities, as they will be charged for it. **The maintenance department must be consulted for all electrical connections. **All function materials must be cleared immediately after the function. **If catering will NOT be provided by us, a corkage fee of N10,000 is charged.
