Last week around here was all about the Wellingtons. The long anticipated wedding ceremony between Oluwabankole Wellington (a.k.a Banky W) and Adesua Etomi finally came to town (well at least the traditional wedding—‘cos you know, there’s still the SA version to be done, and celebs are usually extra like that)….and boy, it did not disappoint. Social media was agog with all the juice and deets, I am not even going to make a whole story about it….check Twitter if you don’t know already.
I will not even dwell on how the beginning tunes of Kiss Daniel’s song, ‘Yeba’—as was being played when Adesua was making her epic entrance—just gladdens my heart.
I am simply going to focus on….(drum roll please)!!! You guessed it>>>>>>>Ebuka’s outfit!!!!
Damn!!
Dope!! Dapper!!! ForTheGram!!! Is it your wedding sir??
And no, no words for Masterkraft in here—again, you can catch up on that on Twitter, lol.
But yes, back to Ebuka. Such great design, such great artistry, such style and creativity. It's got me drooling so 'baad', that i went straight for a picture of the masterpiece, instead of one showing the wedding couple (yes i know, shame on me).
Trust TwitterNG, the tailor/fashion designer behind the Agbada was quickly unearthed.
But then, you wonder, with someone possessing such skill, should we have to ‘unearth’ him, or rather have his works speak for him?
I see you in the corner saying, "my tailor is even badder than that". Or "me as a fashion designer, I do more awesome stuff than that".
Waaydone mah, Waaaydone sah!
Posting your works to your social media account alone is good, but without promoting it, you may just have to wait to be ‘unearthed’ too.
Why not be proactive about your business. Advertise your business by letting it reach people who are close to needing your work, or people who are close to someone who is close to needing your work. Stand above the social media crowd.
The ‘boost’ or ‘promote’ tools on Facebook and Instagram are a great way to target the people who need to be exposed to your work.
If you want an affordable and even more concise targeting advert platform, why not get in touch with RentYourHall, where people looking to host a social function real soon pass through to get their event venues. Put yourself in their consciousness, stay atop of anxious minds….expose your works and skill to them by taking up advert spaces on the homepage of rentyourhall.com.
Make yourself the talk of the town just as Ebuka’s fashion designer currently is. Put your name on the lips of all your prospective clients passing through the RentYourHall platform…..and most importantly, get those bank alerts!!
‘Nuff said….get in touch with RentYourHall at contact@rentyourhall.com, or via calls/whatsapp on +234-818-8128-392.
