Venue Policies

**80% of TOTAL ESTIMATE is required to confirm each booking at lease two (2) weeks from the date the booking is made. **15% of the total cost of hall, food & beverage is added as incidental, which is refundable if not used. All un-utilized deposits will be refunded by the hotel five days after the event, upon receipt of official request from the organizer. Refund will be made by cheque or bank draft only. **20% of the total cost estimate and 15% incidental charge must be paid at least a week to the date of function. **If full payment of the total cost estimate is not made 48 hours prior to the function, no arrangement will be made. **Payment should be made in cash or bank draft or bank transfer through our bank. (Bank transfer must be made at least four days before the event to allow us receive confirmation from our bank). **After 5pm for day use and 10pm for evening use, a charge of N5,000 per hour will apply. **Please note that all rates above are exclusive of 10% service charge, 5% VAT, 5% LAGOS STATE CONSUMPTION TAX, but inclusive of N20,000 local government levy. **In case of cancellation, 48 hours is required to effect any cancellation. Notice more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours will attract 50% charge on hall rental. Notice less than 24 hours will attract 100% charge on hall rental and 25% charge on meal. **Prices stated are subject to change. **Nails, pins, cello tape, gum or anything that can damage the wall is not allowed on the wall; function organizer will be charged for any damage to the wall or equipment.
