Description

This is an introduction to our prestigious event center, Koots Event and Suites. Located at No, 5 Etal Avenue, Off kudirat abiola way, Oregun Lagos. The event space consist of a main event hall that can sit 300 plus and a gallery that can sit 150, the main event hall or the gallery can be booked separately or together. There is also a conference room for seminars, church programs, workshops and so on. it wan sit 120 people. The halls are equipped with a stage, banquet chairs and tables, cctv cameras, two projectors and air conditioning. Ample parking that can conveniently part 40 cars and well trained security personnel are always on ground.

Venue Policies

To confirm a booking reservation, at least 50% of the total cost estimated for the function must be paid. The total cost must be paid latest two (2) weeks prior to the date of the function: otherwise the venue might be released to other clients. Cancellation charges are as follows: Less than six (6) weeks to the event date, 50% of the total agreed rental cost is charged; Above six (6) weeks before the event date, 25% of the total agreed rental cost is charged. Normal hall usage will be for 8 hours. Extended hours comes at an additional fee. Cleaning At the close of event, client should manage any form of waste generated on the premises or negotiate with management if there would be need for the hall cleaners to tidy things up at a cost.
