Seminars, conferences, workshops, training, are allowed Mondays to Sundays for bookings. While owanbe such as wedding reception, any other reception would be available only on weekends. To confirm a booking reservation, at least 50% of the total cost estimated for the function must be paid. The total cost must be paid latest two (2) weeks prior to the date of the function: otherwise the venue might be released to other customers. **Cancellation charges are as follows: Less than six (6) weeks to the event date, 50% of the total agreed rental cost is charged; Above six (6) weeks before the event date, 25% of the total agreed rental cost is charged. **Normal hall usage will be from 8:00am to 5:00pm for week days and 8:00am - 6:00pm for weekeends. Extra one (1) hour grace to round up will be granted. Extended hours is negotiable at additional fee. Cleaning At the close of event, client should manage any form of waste generated on the premises or negotiate with management if there would be need for the hall cleaners to tidy things up.
