The Topaz Hall optimally seats 1000 banquet setting. It also has 2 packages which is the Chivalry chairs and Plastic chairs. These packages includes:

• Well-furnished VIP lounge with Wi-Fi facility at a cost of N50,000.
**A date is considered booked when 50% of the agreed fee is made. **Change of date fees are as follows:- Day 0 - 1 month after payment: 20%; 2 months - 4 months after payment: 40%; 5 months - 6 months after payment: 60%; 6 months and above after payment: 80%. **Cancellation fees are as follows:- Day 0 - 1 month after payment: 30%; 2 months - 4 months after payment: 50%; 5 months - 6 months after payment: 70%; 6 months and above after payment: 100%. **Note that the percentage penalties are based on the 50% deposit payment made for the agreed hall rental fees. **A refundable caution fee of N50,000 must be made. This will be refunded after 5 working days of the event if there are no damages on our facilities. **Vendors meeting must be held at least 1 or 2 weeks before the event. **8 hours is the allocated time to every event. **Additional hour cost N50,000 flat rate; if need be for extra time, payment must have been made before the event date. **We do not exceed 10:00pm for any event. **Full payment must be made 2 weeks before your event, otherwise access to the hall will not be granted. **All additional requests apart from the ones initially agreed on will come at a cost. **Contracted vendors are to abide by our rules guiding their operations around our premises.
