The Resource Place is a choice location for seminars, trainings, banquets, exhibitions and meetings. Located in a serene environment (Akora Estate, Adeniyi Jones), the hall provides an ambient feel for your events.
The hall may be used for various purposes, as such the pricing packages vary based on the usage purpose. The specific pricing package applicable to the use case is available upon request. Our facilities include a large exhibition foyer, training and audio visual equipment, high speed multi-user internet, dining and catering services, 110KVA standby generator, regular and treated water, 24 hour security.

**Normal usage time is between 8:00am - 6:00pm for trainings and the likes, 8:00am - 7:00pm for parties. **All payments are to be made to the company account. 100% payments must be made to confirm booking. **Cancellation of bookings attracts the following surcharges: 3weeks, 30% charge; 2weeks, 50% charge; less than 1week, 75% charge.
